They can replace laspistol and/or chainsword with Shotgun, bolt pistol, boltgun, storm bolter, power sword, combi-flamer/melta/plasma, condemnor boltgun, plasma pistol, or eviscerator. Right now they have laspistol/CCW and plasmagun. Priests aren't technically HQ, but they work here.
Missing two independent characters: Uriah Jacobus and Arch-Confessor Kyrinov. The Witch Hunters codex was replaced quite some time ago by Grey Knights and the White Dwarf Sisters of Battle codex.
Inquisition should be changed to Sisters of Battle.
